Countdown to the Summer Games!

We are just a few days away from the 2013 Canada Games! This year 4,200 athletes will come to compete in 20 different events at 20 different venues in Sherbrooke and the surrounding area. When a loved one experiences a significant loss of autonomy, family members  step into the role of caregiver providing care and support.  Family caregivers face a variety of unique challenges, among them experiencing a sense of isolation and even emotional or physical burnout themselves.
