Psychological health and well-being refers to the idea that psychological health, that is experiencing positive thoughts, emotions, and relationships with others and with one’s community, is central to the experience of well-being and having a positive and satisfying life. In this course, various members of Bishop’s University’s Psychological Health and Well-being (PHWB) Research Cluster will share their evidence-based insights into the various pathways for promoting and maintaining psychological health and well-being in everyday life. The course will focus on ways to enhance psychological health and well-being across a variety of life domains, including work, social and community life, and health.
