EVERYONE ON BOARD, December 1st
Roads, railways, wagons, cars, etc. The activity is scheduled for Saturday afternoon, December 1, at the community center. Armory at 563 Main Street, Bury.
On the menu: Prehistoric movements of Estrie’s native inhabitants, by Éric Graillon, archaeologist at the Sherbrooke Museum of Nature and Science. The surprising story of Craig and Gosford Roads, by Steve Cameron. Bridges covered in photos, by Alain Coulombe. Old photos, maps, artifacts and more related to transportation, by Danny Bousquet. Presence Award: an original work of art by renowned artist Denis Palmer.
Doors open at noon and the event starts at 1 pm Everyone is welcome. A donation of $ 10 per adult will be appreciated; no charge for children. Organized by the Bury Historical and Heritage Society and the Eaton Corner Museum.
