The ASPE invites you to participate at La Grande Course the 7^th of July. This run raises funds for Multiple Sclerosis research in the Eastern Townships.

If you like running or walking in Nature then this event is for you! The course, starting and ending at the University of Sherbrooke, will bring you through the beautiful trails of the Mont Bellevue Parc. With multiple running and walking distances everyone can find a challenge and have an amazing time.

For its 5^th edition, La Grande Course pledges to be ecofriendly with green actions such as:

-No single-use water bottles

-Use of compostable dinnerware

-Use of reusable GPS chips for runners

-We will plant one tree for every ton of greenhouse gases emitted during the event
