The Foreman Art Gallery of Bishop’s University is pleased to announce the return of its bilingual summer art camp. From June 25th to August 17th, the camp offers a new theme each week to capture the interest of our imaginative youth!
Guided by two art educators, the campers will investigate a variety of artistic techniques and mediums to develop their own original creations. From printmaking, to recycled sculpture to art outside, the participants will learn to practice and refine their artistic abilities.
At the end of each week, campers will share their creations in an exhibition, which will take place in the Community Art Lab and the Foreman Art Gallery. Located at Bishop’s University, our summer art camp offers an inspirational setting with an opportunity to work in a real artist’s studio, and access to the lush campus grounds and an outdoor pool!
The Foreman Art Gallery art camp is a wonderful opportunity for children to grow artistically. They are able to create exciting projects using various mediums. The art educators provide positive encouragement to the children making for a fun filled week, located on such a beautiful campus. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her creative week!
