The 5th year of Townshippers’ Association’s Food for Thought learning lunches for caregivers will start up again on Friday, Sept 8, at 12:00 pm.
Guest speaker: Jennifer Bauer, Life Coach – Tips to Create a Balanced Life.
On the menu: Fragrant Butter Chicken with basmati rice (vegetarian option available), homemade coleslaw and for dessert – mini Pavlovas with fresh fruit.
The Magog sessions are held at St. Paul’s United Church hall, 211 des Pins, and are open to everyone. The presentation is free, the meal costs $7.
