Workshop: Understanding Compassion Fatigue

If you are in the business of helping others, your wellness depends on developing resiliency skills to combat compassion fatigue and burnout. This workshop will teach you how to reconnect with your compassion and gain new insights into your professional role.

Through this workshop, you will:
• Develop a better understanding of your personal and professional needs
• Gather practical strategies for building sustainable self-care commitments
• Learn to recognize the signs of compassion fatigue
